The pickup time was almost 50 minutes late. They wanted us to go to a meeting point far from the hotel. When we refused, they didn't take us back to the hotel that afternoon; instead, they left us on a road a 20-minute walk away. While we were at the cave, the driver left us. He returned and apologized for miscounting the passengers. They broke their promise of service because the tour was supposed to start and end at the selected point, which was my hotel.

This tour did not happen according to the tour description. The confirmation says the tour starts at 9:30 and that pickup is between 7 and 8. The night before we got a message that we’d be picked up at 10:15, and in reality they didn’t pick us up until 11:05. The entire experience to/from the tour on the bus was so unprofessional - no communication, driver on his phone repeatedly, confused about where he was going. Description also said there would be a stop for bathrooms/food -never happened.

Our guide Victor was great. Very friendly and very informative. We got to see everything we wanted, had a very nice lunch and a bit of shopping. The driver arrived exactly on time and dropped us back at our hotel as arranged. Highly recommend booking this excursion.

Beautiful day but unfortunately another disappointment! We waited for a driver in the hotel reception for over an hour. We weren't informed, we had to call and figure it out, which is not what we want on vacation.

Translate this opinion into English.

The activity and the guide were excellent, the food was delicious, my only complaint was the lateness to start the activity, they told me to come at 10:15 am and they arrived at 11:45 am, really the annoyance was not because of the time, the time that the tour lasted was more than enough, it was because I had lost the morning that I could have used to visit the hotel or do any other activity. Enjoyed the tour, glad we did it! Transportation was safe and reliable. Guide was knowledgable, shared great info, spoke many languages, saw great sights, lunch was great, Info said pickup 7-8am. Day before, said pickup at 10:15, then about ~20 min late for pickup at 10:35ish. Fine BUT we only had ~20 minutes to explore Santo Domingo on our own. Was looking forward to going to shops on my own and enjoying a coffee in the square. Glad we did it, wish pickup was earlier so we had more time.

Recomendo! Translate this opinion into English.

The tour was amazing and quite comprehensive, with visits to numerous historical and cultural places. The guide shared a wealth of knowledge in a rich and complete way. At lunch, although the food was simple, it was tasty. I recommend it! The only downside was the information about the meeting point, where we were wandering around trying to find it while the van was waiting for us at the supermarket across the street.

Very good the price is lower than that offered in hotels unlike other reviews we had time to go shopping at the end of the day around 1h20 with very few stores this is more than enough, the very friendly guide did his job speaks in Spanish and French the group was mixed. We were upset that our tours changed dates. We had our bathing suits on for Isla Catalina that morning. We were waiting for the bus when what’s app informed us of the change in tour to Santa Domingo and pickup time 3 hours later. So we lost time on our holiday. As we would have changed our evening activities to sleep in more. Our tour guide for the Santa Domingo trip was great once we got to him in the city. He spoke English and Spanish very well and we had a very enjoyable day with Victor.

We are sorry that the experience did not live up to your expectations. Your comments will be taken into account in order to improve the service.

Translate this opinion into English.

The visit was very complete from a cultural point of view. The outing was very well organized and the guide was very professional. It is excellent value for money. Small downside: 30 minutes given to shopping in El Conde street is not enough. Opinion translated. Show original.
