    It was a very pleasant experience. Sofia, our English-speaking guide, was very friendly; we speak Spanish, but this option wasn't available. Sofia tried to be as clear as possible with us. The foot bath listed in the itinerary wasn't included. The rest was as described. We believe this tour allows you to include Noboribetsu, Lake Toya, and Otaru in a single day, which is great if you're short on time in Sapporo, like we were. But these are destinations that deserve more time.
