They switched our Cayo Levantado excursion to Caño Hondo because they couldn't get a group together, and it wasn't worth it. The guides (Albert and Leonard) were top-notch, and the boat trip through the mangroves was very cool. Caño Hondo, on the other hand, was horrible! I don't think we benefited from the change. On the contrary, we feel like we overpaid for what we got.

A disastrous tourist experience. The only thing worth seeing is the surroundings, as it is a natural park of great beauty. The activity was booked (paid for) from 9:00 to 17:00. They met us at the port at 9:30 and we took the boat at 10:30. A disgrace. We will file a complaint. The guide's level is very low, the surroundings deserve much more. The visit to Cabo Levado is very limited. You can only be on one beach. People selling very basic food. Drinking on the boat with minors.
