On this tour, you'll explore the paradise landscapes of Punta Cana by driving a buggy. You'll discover Playa de Macao and a famous water park.
Activity Details
After picking you up at your hotel, we'll head inland from Punta Cana. Surrounded by coffee and cacao plantations, we'll explain the route we’ll be taking and everything you need to know to drive a buggy.
We'll start our engines and set off on an exciting journey through muddy trails, coffee plantations, and hills. Get ready to feel the thrill!
Traveling along narrow trails through exotic landscapes and small villages, this exciting buggy tour will take us to visit the impressive Atabey Water Park. Here, you'll be able to cool off in an underground freshwater spring and meet local farmers who will show you the most typical products of Dominican agriculture: coffee, cacao, and tobacco.
Saving the best for last, we'll continue our journey to Playa de Macao. Far from the big hotels and the most touristy areas, this paradise will welcome us with its white sand and crystal-clear waters. Who's up for a swim? You'll have time to stroll along the shore and take a dip in the Caribbean Sea.
Finally, we'll leave the buggies behind and accompany you back to your accommodations, bringing the 3-hour activity to an end.
What Are the Buggies Like?
During the booking process, you can choose whether you want to drive a single-seater buggy, a two-seater, or share the vehicle with three other people. You can also choose between two types of buggies: standard or Terracross. The Terracross model is much more durable and comfortable.
