Overall, the experience was very good, both because of the service we received and the rest of the excursion, which was great throughout the day. However, there was one detail that we felt was quite poorly organized. We were told to be picked up at 8:20, but we arrived even 10 minutes early. By 8:14, we were already on the bus, but then they took us to a gas station where, according to the information provided, the wait should have been between 20 and 45 minutes. In the end, we were there from 8:25 until

Visiting Emerald Beach is wonderful, and enjoying it without the crowds is even better. Redonda Mountain is nice, the food could be better, and there was a shortage of fish. The quad bike excursion was very good; the problem was that mine had a crooked handlebar alignment. I mentioned it to them, and they said they were aware of it but hadn't done anything to fix it. Translate this opinion into English.

The trip was amazing. Very well organized; I wouldn't know which activity to choose, but going to the places with hardly any other people was a real treat. The agency that runs it is excellent, and the guide, José, deserves a 20 out of 10. You can tell he loves what he does. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Everything was very beautiful and entertaining, although the travel between places was a bit tiring. The quad biking portion should definitely include a stop for swimming in the river that flows into the sea. The guide filmed several videos while we were riding the quads, but he never explained how to access them. Opinion translated. Show original.

Comida casera. Y por último el plato fuerte. Quads por caminos vírgenes, arrozales, playas, palmerales. Con muy pocos turistas. Fenomenal Translate this opinion into English.

One of the best activities we've ever done. If you like less touristy, less crowded places, this is perfect. The first beach was wonderful, enormous, and there were only 12-15 people there. No sargassum seaweed, even though it was August. Then we had lunch overlooking Samaná Bay. Home-cooked food. And finally, the main event: quad biking on untouched trails, through rice paddies, along beaches, and through palm groves. With very few tourists. Fantastic! Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

One of the best excursions we took in Punta Cana. The guide was very attentive and provided plenty of explanations throughout the day. The Costa Esmeralda beach was incredible, a true paradise. The views from the round mountain were breathtaking, especially with its swings. The food was very good, and the perfect ending to the afternoon was the quad bike tour along El Limón beach...a 10/10 experience! Opinion translated. Show original.

You guys are completely unprofessional. You sold me a tour for Tuesday, and then on Monday the agency contacted me saying that day wasn't possible, that they could offer me another one or change it to Thursday. I changed it to Thursday because I hadn't booked anything for that day with another agency; otherwise, I would have missed out. Next time, my cousin will be booking with you.

The quad activity was not entirely pleasant as we were given a quad at the beginning without brakes, then we spent more than 40 minutes standing under very heavy rain because three quads broke down. The quads should be checked before this activity.

It was good, if only 5 quads hadn't broken down and we'd been stuck for about 40 minutes in heavy rain. But everything else was fantastic.

Translate this opinion into English.

It's a shame to book a Quad excursion and half of the vehicles broke down. Just as we were starting, two of them had brake issues, causing collisions between the different Quads. Repeated stops because the Quads would stop and wouldn't start, we ended up with three people on the same Quad on different occasions because they kept stopping with no possible fix. With no assistance provided, finally (after being stuck in the rain for over an hour) the timing is not planned, but the Quads certainly are.
