It can't be called an excursion if a ferry takes me and drops me off on an island... no tour, no explanation. Not to be repeated.

Chrissi island is amazing. Something to improve: for example we didn’t receive any information about what we can or cannot do on the island. Plus no one told us that we could brought our stuff on the island if we would have give them to the staff. The boat service should also take care of the trash that is present in the island.

The activity didn't match the description. They simply drove us to the island and then picked us up, without subsequently transferring us to any other part of the island or any other nearby area for diving or snorkeling, as stated in the description of the booked activity. They also didn't provide us with the materials or equipment to do it on the island on our own. I hope to get my money back.

Translate this opinion into English.

This activity only includes admission to the monument, so it does not include a guided tour led by staff. Snorkeling equipment is not included, as it can be rented on-site for those who wish. We apologize if this was not taken into account. Opinion translated. Show original.

Il vaut mieux aller trouver une belle plage Translate this opinion into English.

The organization is top-notch. The boat was on time. A little swim is required to reach the beach (as indicated in the excursion description). There isn't much interest in doing this excursion. It's better to go find a nice beach. Opinion translated. Show original.

Nothing was explained, it was not explained to us that we were jumping into the water more than 100 meters from the shore by swimming. There was no lifeguard on standby in case any of the more than 100 people might have a problem swimming to the shore. You will take measures the day something serious happens.

I paid for the excursion and lunch and we found ourselves without food and water because, according to the boatmen, you from Civitatis did not send me all the tickets. Disorganization and lack of communication between Civitatis and the service provider, and as usual, the customer pays the price.

We had booked the excursion for a specific day, only to find out on the same day that the tour was not to Chrissi, but to another island. They changed our tickets to another day; however, the tour did not take place as they had indicated (from 12:30 to 15 a beach and from 15:30 to 16 another). There was only one stop and the crew did not inform us, so we spent 2 hours on the boat unnecessarily.
