Everything went as planned, generally well. The guesthouses were fine, the families were very nice, the breakfast was very complete, and the room and bathroom were clean. Some of the taxis we were assigned were very bad. One day when it rained heavily, the windshield wipers didn't work and the window wouldn't roll up; we arrived home quite wet. In another taxi, water leaked into the trunk and my suitcase got quite wet; I had to take my clothes out because some of them were soaked.

Il resort Melià Las Dunas terribile Translate this opinion into English.

In general the experience was very good but I consider that there are many areas of opportunity. There is a lack of information, shared vehicles are very uncomfortable, Jutías Cay is not a destination that can be enjoyed because it does not have any infrastructure to receive tourism. It would be better to dedicate that day to get to know a little more about Cienfuegos, the hosts of Viñales, Cienfuegos and Trinidad 10 rating, the Perla Blanca hotel deplorable, Juan the Trinidad guide 10 rating.

The scheduled activities seemed appropriate to me and it was very comfortable for me to have the transfers included. However, despite the fact that the taxi drivers knew the address where they had to drop us off, it would not have been bad if they had sent me an email with the addresses of the places where we were going to stay and the pick-up times so that we would be informed. And let's not go blind. On the other hand, the resort we were put up at was a real disappointment.

A major concern is how they have chosen private family houses without any help to provide the most basic amenities like mosquito nets, rechargeable fans, etc. during most of the nighttime power outage. It was simply a nightmare from the first night to the end of the tour, even during our first night at a 5 star resort in Bhatu Cayo Santa Maria. The fault lies with both parties. They could have done better if they had controlled
