Very easy. You take the free shuttle bus after collecting your luggage upon disembarking. The bus is clearly marked 'Largo della Pace' right outside the port. This bus drops you off at Largo della Pace, where you look for the people wearing yellow shirts. Super easy. They're all very friendly, especially Marco. I'll definitely use their service again if I disembark in Civitavecchia.
