Day Trip to Temaiken Zoo
We'll come and pick you up from your hotel in Buenos Aires between 8:45 and 9:45 am, and we'll make our way to Temaikèn Zoo (Bioparque Temaikèn). After an approximately 50-minute journey, we'll reach this incredible natural space which works to protect different species and ecosystems.
Once at the zoo, we'll walk along the pathways and learn about the different native vegetation and exotic flora. Our first stop will be at the aquarium, which has one million liters of Argentinian sea water! Do you want to see the most exotic fish? Here you'll see Caribbean and Amazonian species and much more!
Next, we'll head to the section known as La Chacra, which is a farmyard area where you'll see the most typical Argentinian farm animals, such as cows, hens, and goats. Plus, there's an orchard with 28 different types of vegetables. Can you think of anywhere better to learn about Argentinian farming and harvesting?
We'll continue walking around, this time to the bird section, with more than 2,500 species of birds from all over the world. Do you think you can identify them?
We will then watch a 360º documentary video, which will take us on a journey through nature over the years. There's no better way to finish the trip.
After eight hours exploring the incredible zoo, we'll return to Buenos Aires and drop you back at a tourist location. You can choose from the following locations: Puerto Madero, Galerías Pacífico, Avenida de Córdoba & Pellegrini, Avenida de Córdoba & Cerrito, Cerrito & Juncal, Cerrito & Corrientes, 9 de julio & Avenida de Mayo or Corrientes & Florida.

- This day trip includes hotel pick-up from hotels in the centre of Buenos Aires. If your hotel is not in this area, we'll contact you to establish a central meeting point.
- Please note that this activity is not subject to weather conditions. Come rain or shine, the day trip will go ahead as planned.
Admission Only
When booking, you can choose the option that includes entry to Temaikèn Biopark only. In this case, you'll need to make your own way to the park, which is situated on Provincial Route 25, 1 km from the Escobar-Campana branch of the Pan-American Highway (National Route 9), B1625 Belén de Escobar, Province of Buenos Aires.
