Darfo Boario Terme, ItalyWe had a unique experience: a guide for two! Thanks to Elena for the attention and passion with which she involved us in this tour of the Raval.
With these tickets to the Sagrada Família, you can explore the cathedral, which has become a symbol of Barcelona’s identity, with an audio guide.
Construction began in 1882 and, more than a century later, the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia continues to rise towards the sky. To visit Barcelona without stepping inside Antoni Gaudí’s masterpiece is to leave your trip feeling incomplete.
Gaudí, aware that he would not live to see his creation completed, poured all his geometric and naturalistic ingenuity into it, defying the laws of traditional architecture. With this ticket, as you step through the temple’s doors, the feeling of being in a church disappears. You'll find yourself in a forest of stone columns that branch out towards the ceiling like gigantic trees.
Furthermore, the basilica is designed to move visitors through the play of light. Its immense stained-glass windows filter the sun’s rays, creating a magical gradient: cool, blue and green tones at dawn, and warm, red and orange tones at dusk. It is a visual spectacle that is never the same.
The exterior façades are an open book. You'll contemplate the contrast between the Nativity Façade, baroque, organic, and bursting with life, and the Passion Façade, angular, dramatic, and stark, which depicts the pain of the crucifixion.
Throughout the tour, you'll have an audio guide in English, ideal for gaining an in-depth understanding of the details and secrets of this carved poem.
You can book up to 1 hour in advance if there are any seats left. Book now and guarantee your spot.
