A good experience, very suitable if you don't have much time. Everything described in the app is covered, and the guide is always attentive to everyone's needs. Points for improvement: I recommend bringing a parasol, as the sun's rays are very intense on some visits and there's no possibility of finding shade. Finally, try to find cabins further from the back of the boat, as those of us who slept in that area... didn't sleep at all; there was too much noise and vibration. Opinion translated. Esperienza davvero fantastica! Organizzazione eccellente! Translate this opinion into English.

The Radamis I boat was quite good, it had everything I needed and the staff were generally lovely. One day the waiter didn't want to let me sit in my usual spot because I was traveling alone; women traveling alone are often marginalized there. It wasn't until his boss came and told him off that I was finally able to sit where I wanted. The food was very good, not a huge variety, but the dishes changed daily. Everything was spotless. The worst part was the guide (Atef); he rushed through the tours without explaining much. We spent 20 minutes at the temples and an hour in the shops.

Translate this opinion into English.

We paid for Superior class, but the ship was rather run-down, including the cabins. Overall, a good experience. The Nile cruise was pleasant and evocative, and the sites we visited were stunning, albeit with a challenging schedule (departure at 2-3 am). The guide was good, even though he offered additional tours at exorbitant prices. The food was average for Egypt. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

We are a family with three children, ages 16, 12, and 8, and all five of us had a fantastic experience! The group we cruised with was lovely, the ship's facilities were superb, the food was also very good, the ship's staff were delightful (they went out of their way to help my son with every little detail), and our guide, Maluma, was THE BEST! Everything together made our cruise days unforgettable. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! Opinion translated. Show original.

The boat is comfortable, very clean and the staff is very friendly and nice. The food is very good, in quantity and quite varied. The pool helps a lot in the return visits. Organizationally the first day was a bit chaotic. As for the visits, you have to prepare to get up early and see things at an intense pace, there is no time to relax. We didn't like the guide, he explained the minimum and then went to the bar while we did the free part of the visit.

Crocera buona esperienza positiva, l'unica nota dolente la guida in italiano il sig. IBRAHIM che oltre a darci spiegazioni sintetiche e superficiali ci lasciava spesso all'entrata dei siti senza nessuna spiegazione all'interno dei tali, non solo ci proponeva spesso gite non programmate a prezzi folli dovete essere piu presenti grazie!!! Translate this opinion into English.

Good cruise, positive experience, the only sore point was the Italian guide, Mr. IBRAHIM, who, in addition to giving us brief and superficial explanations, often left us at the entrance to the sites without any explanation inside them, not only did he often propose unscheduled trips at crazy prices, you need to be more present, thanks!!! Beautiful, clean rooms and excellent facilities. The food was outstanding, with great variety and many delicious local and vegetarian options. However, the guide’s Spanish was poor, so I understood only about 30% of the explanations. The itinerary was unclear and often changed, with unexpected souvenir stops and extra paid activities. Staff communication was also difficult, as few spoke English or Spanish. Beverages were reasonably priced and not an issue.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the guide's language skills and the itinerary clarity. We strive to improve our services and will address these issues with our team to enhance the experience for future guests.

Translate this opinion into English.

It was clear they told the story with passion and that they loved what they did. A truly wonderful experience. The cabins on the ship were fine. The buffet food was adequate. They pick you up at the airport and then drop you off at your hotel. Opinion translated. Show original.

One of the best things about the cruise is the staff, from the receptionist to the cooks, and especially our guide, Nasser. A special round of applause for him, who went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed ourselves and that the trip was pleasant. Translate this opinion into English.

It was an incredible experience, a 10/10. Our guide, Maluma, was very professional; you could see the passion with which he explained everything. We were lucky to have a small group, which enhanced the experience, allowing us to ask all the questions we wanted, whenever we wanted. The boat was very comfortable, all the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was varied, offering something different each day—high quality and plentiful. The punctuality for the activities was also noteworthy; it was worth every penny. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Overall, everything was very good. We booked the superior category, and while the boat wasn't new or modern, it looked refurbished and was very clean. The food was quite good and varied as well. The only downside was the guide, "Alsam." His explanations were accurate, but his attitude could have been better. We felt cheated by him on several occasions, as he tried to extract money from every transaction instead of helping us as the guide he was supposed to be.

We opted for the superior cruise package, and the cabin was very clean, the food was good, and the staff was wonderful. The only downside was our guide, Asam, who marred the experience. He wasn't friendly, and we didn't feel he was looking out for the group's best interests; on the contrary, he seemed to be looking out for his own interests. He barely provided any useful logistical information about the cruise or the daily itinerary. Furthermore, he treated the group rudely and constantly rushed us, even though we were always on time.

The barconera is quite old, the food is average, the staff is very good. The air conditioning wasn't working and in the other room we were given, there was a terrible noise from engines. All the boats go on excursions at the same times and then the temples are left empty; different schedules should be considered to enjoy it better. The guide was fantastic!!!

As many reviews describe, the tour organized by Dunas Travel is very chaotic. You have to be patient and flexible to avoid frustration and enjoy yourself without too many problems. In my opinion, they have a lot of room for improvement in terms of logistics, group management, customer service, and explanations about the sites of interest. I hope they improve because the route and Egypt offer so much, and a better tour would enrich the experience. Even so, I would recommend it.
